Completed in 1916, Hills & Dales Estate is a 13,000 square foot home designed to complement the land it’s perched upon. The Ferrell Gardens, considered one of the best-preserved 19th-century gardens in the country, features rose bushes, dwarf boxwood parterres, greenhouse, winding paths and tucked-away beauty. You and your girls can tour the expansive estate and enjoy a self-guided tour through the gardens.
