Post-Harvest…Now What? Workshop

September is prime time in our area to shift from your summer harvest to a bountiful fall and winter garden. But how do you do that? On Saturday, September 26, join Herb Garden Manager Helen Phillips as she walks you through a post-harvest to-do list and gives her expert advice on seed saving. Participants will receive an assortment of seeds saved from the Hills & Dales herb garden.

$40 per person. Pre-registration is required by September 21. No refunds for cancellations after September 22. Workshop fees include supplies and refreshments. Members may register for Fall workshops on August 3. Fall registration for non-members begins August 6. Call (706) 882-3242 or email info@hillsanddales.org to register. Pre-payment is required.
