Scheduled to open in December 2023, Oakfuskee Conservation Center is a natural sanctuary, offering panoramic views of West Point Lake in Troup County, Georgia. Just five miles (a 15-min drive) from LaGrange, Georgia in the popular Pyne Road Park, Oakfuskee is designed to minimize ecological impact and preserve the local ecosystem. This conservation center will host numerous public and private events and will be the new home for Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. Along with 25,000 square feet of event and classroom space, guests can participate in numerous eco-adventures like kayak eco-tours and aquatic wildlife safaris, and attend events like a sustainable food festival. Oakfuskee is also home to outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, camping, and disc golf. Now booking for 2024.
